Does my order come with tracking?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or an SMS notifications with details of your order and tracking information if you purchased tracked shipping. Please kindly check your spam or promotoins folder if you do not see it in your primary inbox. You can track your shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.

Can I refund or exchange? 

We will not be accepting any returns or exchanges. Please check the size chart if you are unsure on sizing. We recommend sizing up if you are in between sizes for an oversized look! Once we delivered the package, we are no longer responsible for the parcel. We recommend purchasing shipping with tracking to keep an eye on the progress of your package. If you did not receive your parcel, please contact your local post office and file a lost package claim. All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. Check it out,  RETURN POLICY HERE

Is this the right price for shipping?

The shipping price given to you at checkout is correct for your package type and area. It covers your label, your tracking, and shipping materials.

How I know if clothes fit me?

All items run true to size unless stated otherwise! SIZE CHART HERE. We do not offer returns or exchanges, please email us for personal sizing assistance if unsure!

Where is my order?

We get out our orders ASAP, but shipping time depends on the current demand. In some cases, orders may take up to 14 business days to be sent out. 

(Orders are shipped up to 14 business days for regular orders and APPROX 4-6 weeks for pre orders) 

After that you can check tracking on your email / phone confirmation. If you have any shipping inquiries you must contact USPS or so they can best serve you. 

We are not responsible for any in international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery.  If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be refunded your order value MINUS the international shipping cost.

My package says it's been delivered, but I don't have it. what should I do? 

Sometimes, packages are marked as delivered prematurely and often times show up within the next few days. If it doesn't turn up, I'd suggest checking with neighbors, confirming that you entered the correct shipping address, and/or inquiring at your local post office. To file a claim with USPS for a lost domestic package, go here. Girl and Creativity is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

When is there going to be a restock? 

Upcoming restock dates will be announced on my social media channels and via text, so make sure to subscribe so you don't miss out! You can also sign up to be notified when a specific size comes back in stock which happens on a more frequent basis.

Damages and Issues 

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Upon delivery, we kindly request you to inspect your order immediately. If you notice any defects, damages, wrong items, or missing items, please contact us within 72 hours. Our team will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Duties and Taxes

We would like to remind you that any duties and taxes charged by the courier company for international orders are the customer's responsibility.

All stickers are 100%

Shipping Issue

Due to challenges with COVID-19 and a high volume of deliveries during this time, orders may take longer than usual to arrive.

****Please note that shipping carriers are experiencing significant delays. We're also hearing that carriers are not updating tracking status as frequently as they normally do, due to under staffing and COVID-19*****

*Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate*
